Privacy Policy

This summary describes the principal categories of personal data processed by us in connection with the Service. The full Privacy Policy in force is made available within the Service upon registration and may be reviewed at any time from your account settings.

Information processed

We process information provided to us in connection with the registration and operation of accounts on the Service, information generated in the ordinary course of use of the Service, and such technical telemetry as is reasonably necessary for the purposes of security, accountability, and compliance with applicable law.

Purposes of processing

Information is processed for the purposes of providing, securing, administering, and improving the Service, for communications reasonably incidental to the foregoing, and for such other purposes as we consider appropriate from time to time. We do not engage in the sale of personal data. Where a business on the Enterprise plan has enabled WhatsApp messaging, we dispatch receipts, statements and payment reminders to that business's own customers on its behalf, and only to customers the business has recorded as having consented.

Subprocessors

We engage third-party processors in support of the Service, including processors providing computing infrastructure, communications delivery, and content storage on our behalf, in each case subject to obligations consistent with this summary. We may, at our sole discretion, vary the processors engaged from time to time.

Retention

Information is retained for such period as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as is required or permitted for compliance with legal, regulatory, fiscal, operational, and security considerations. Specific retention periods are described in the full Privacy Policy and may be revised by us at our sole discretion.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, restriction, portability, and erasure in respect of personal data we process about you. Inquiries and requests may be addressed to privacy@newvisioninventory.com. A customer of a business that uses the Service may ask that business at any time to stop WhatsApp messages; the business records the withdrawal on the customer's record and no further WhatsApp messages are sent to that customer.

Security

We employ such technical and organisational measures as we consider appropriate to protect personal data. No security measure is impervious; acceptance of the Service constitutes acknowledgement of this limitation.

Changes

We may amend, supplement, or replace this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. Where an amendment is material, your continued use of the Service following the change shall be conditional upon your re-acceptance of the amended Policy in-application.
