Terms and Conditions
This summary outlines the principal terms on which the Service is offered. The full Terms and Conditions in force are made available within the Service upon registration and may be reviewed at any time from your account settings. The full Terms govern the contractual relationship between the parties.
The Service
The Service comprises cloud-hosted inventory, point-of-sale, reporting, and ancillary commercial operations tooling, as the same may be modified, supplemented, curtailed, suspended, or discontinued by us at our sole discretion from time to time.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under such credentials. You shall not share or transfer such credentials and shall notify us forthwith of any actual or suspected unauthorised access.
Subscription and lifecycle
Access to the Service is provided pursuant to a subscription. Failure to remit subscription fees as the same become due may result in transition to grace mode, read-only mode, suspension, or such other lifecycle status as we determine, in each case at our sole discretion.
Your data
As between you and us, you retain ownership of your business data. We claim no ownership interest therein. Self-serve portability tooling is provided within the Service in respect of certain categories of operational data.
Acceptable use
The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, for any purpose intended to compromise or exploit the Service, or for any purpose that imposes or that we consider may impose an unreasonable load on the Service. We may suspend or terminate access in respect of any breach or suspected breach.
Closure and termination
You may request the closure of your account at any time by use of the self-serve tooling provided within the Service. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate access on grounds including but not limited to non-payment, prolonged inactivity, breach of these Terms, or any other reason we deem appropriate.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability in respect of any and all claims is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Republic of Tanzania.
