Terms of Service
By using New Vision Inventory ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
New Vision Inventory provides cloud-based inventory, point-of-sale, and reporting software for retail, wholesale, and related businesses. We may update, improve, or modify features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice before removing any feature you actively depend on.
Accounts and access
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Don't share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us immediately.
Subscription and payment
The Service is sold by subscription, monthly or annual. Fees are shown at sign-up and in your account. Failure to pay may result in feature restriction or account suspension. We'll always try to reach you before restricting access.
Your data
Your business data is yours. We don't claim ownership of it. You can export it at any time. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for anything illegal, don't try to break or exploit it, and don't use it to send spam or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Ending your account
You can cancel any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where possible. You keep access to your data until the end of your paid period and can export at any time.
Liability
The Service is provided "as-is." We work hard to keep it running and reliable, but we can't promise zero downtime or zero bugs. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
